AppVolumes 3 AppCapture problm

i in   https://ipapp volume/horizonadmin/   

add vcenter(yellow status ) and capture the program and add location shair

but app caputre and create new app is disable

how to troubleshoot  and find the where is problm ?

in https://172.30.30.48:4334

Don't use version 3, it was a technical preciew. Just download 2.13.1 and start working with that. If you have any questions just let us know.
