This is a weird one.
I'm pretty sure it's something on our image but i'm hoping someone else has experienced this and can point me in the right direction before i uninstall everything on the base image.
Capture machine 1 is a clean Win 7 image with minimal updates. After installing the target app (chrome) I am able to open it on the capture machine and browse WWW without issue. When deploying it to test images (most recent update level and various apps) Chrome reports no network connection and fails to browse WWW. Non-captured browsers work fine.
Capture machine 2 is a clone of base image minus AV and View Agent. After installing target application (chrome), said application reports no network connectivity. Using another browser other than the target app while still in provisioning mode works fine.
This also occurs when capturing the vSphere Client.
I've ruled out AV (by uninstalling) and have removed every MS update since May with no success thus far.
Any help would be appreciated.
