Hello,
I want to try AppVolumes 2.11 installed in 2 machines XXXAPPVOL01 and XXXAPPVOL02 (windows server 2012 R2 Standard).
XXXAPPVOL01 and XXXAPPVOL02 installation OK but:
can anybody help me?
Regards
Yes we can.
The problem is that when you first install the application it will start the service as the computer account but your computer account doesn't have permissions yet on the database server. Hence it seems to create the database but has no tables in it.
If this is is the case, remove Appvolumes manager, set the correct permissions on SQL for the machine account and then install the manager again. Select an existing database and choose the overwrite option and your good to go.
