Doing some testing with 3.0 and the touted "AppScaling With Multizones"
I have two AV managers installed. Each AV manager is connected to the same file share, but to a different vCenter.
The AV managers are attached to each other via the "AV Managers" locations dialog sections...ie each one shows both the localhost and the remote AV manager.
Both AV managers will sync the file share to local storage and create the app, but the application metadata (ie the assignments) do not get published at both sites.
There is very little documentation on the "External AV" function. What we are trying to acheice is what we do now with Appvol 2.10 (two different sites that have local copies of data but replicate the assignments between them)
