It seems there is a bug in 2206. After upgrade 2111->2206 our users with more than 13 applications experience an issue with packages attachment. The appvolumes server doesn't create a new scsi adapter and limits the attachment count to 13 (scsi 0:2-0:15).
Partial Attachment: 3 of 16 volumes failed to attach for User <username>
Failed to reconfigure VM "vm_name" (5024a8fe-68aa-88a5-e615-407b41184573):
Fault: Device label 'scsi0:16' is invalid. (GenericVmConfigFault)
* Device label 'scsi0:16' is invalid. (msg.vigor.invalidDeviceLabel)
vSphere operation failed: Device label 'scsi0:16' is invalid.
It's also strange that server don't use scsi node 0:1 and 0:7. I've tried to add additional scsi adapter via vsphere client and appvolumes server doesn't use it too.
