App Volumes with multiple domains

Hi,

We have app volumes setup inside our environment. Within our environment we have multiple active directory domains setup. Is there a way to configure the App Volumes manager to see multiple active directory domains or do we need to setup a separate app volumes manager for each domain?

Thank you.

Rob.

App Volumes supports multiple trusted domains under a single forest. Ideal setup is to provide the App Volumes Manager with root forest credentials and it can then traverse to child domains as needed.

Hi,

thats fine so far - but how could I get multiple groups from root/child domains to the Administrators Group of App Volumes ?

There is only one group supported.

It's also confusing that the weblogin has a preselected domain which you can't change. So only Users from the root domain can log into the Webinterface.

Any Ideas to workaround ?

Jens

‌Better support for this is coming In the next version. You are correct in that there is only one admin for each App Volumes manager., today.
