App Volumes services problem with Refresh OS Disk After Logoff

Hi,

i have a problem with app volumes when i set Refresh OS Disk After Logoff after n Days. when i set this option and try to login instant-clone desktops, it stucks at starting app volumes services and after 3 or 4 minutes i got an error. i tried UIA+Profile and UIA defualt and custom templates but the problem is not resolved.

i've attached log svservices.log. 

versions:

AppVolumes: 4.5.0.77 (2111)

Horizon View Server: 8.4.0 (2111)

Hi,

If you are on Horizon 8.4 why not go with Instant clones and leave the options default so that the VM is deleted at logoff.

This is a right choice as App Volumes supports only Non-Persistent VDI.
