App Volumes Assign to AD User Error

When I assign to AD user to specify a appstack following error occurs, OU containing chinese word：

Unhandled request exception: incompatible character encodings: ASCII-8BIT and UTF-8

Internationalization has not been completed for App Volumes. Only ASCII characters can be used and interacted with currently.

Is there an international version of the release date yet?

Internationalization is a lengthy and difficult process done in several stages. And with App Volumes it is even more tricky because you can not just localize App Volumes as a singular product but App Volumes must work with other applications of various localization levels. You will see increasing levels released throughout 2015.

I'm getting the same error with german AD with v2.12... None of the immediate, assigned groups use UTF-8 though?
