App Volumes 3.0 - AppStack VMDK files not pulling from file share.

Anyone have the configuration problem in AppVol 3.0 where the App Assignment - App Capture task remains "incomplete" even after initiating a Sync Now and getting the message "Congratulations, FileSync Successfully Initiated"?

I have checked the share and file permissions of the files on the server.  The newly created captured files (x.vmdk, x.json, x.vhd), made with the proper version of AppCapture and hosted on a win 2008 server are verified to be read accessible to Everyone, and are readable from other computers in the domain.

I know it is probably not recommended, but not indicated as prohibited that I know of, for this test setup I am running AppVol3 VM on newly configured VSAN cluster using the VSAN as the AppVol datastore.  vCenter sits in the management cluster, the server sharing the .vmdk files does as well.

I do see the newly created "cloudvolumes" object in the VSAN datastore, but the Apps sub-object (directory) remains empty.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Other then the AppCapture task, I have green lights/dots up to this point as expected.

Mahalo!

Solved -  Apparently if capitalization in the Appstack Datastore Prefix field does not exactly match that of the VSAN, then AppVolumes 3 will not indicate an error, will correctly create the "cloudvolumes" object and sub-objects in the datastore, but will quietly refuse to import app stack files to it.  I changed the capitalization and now it is working.  I really should have caught this earlier.
