Having issues with App Volume for some users the appstack is available upon login, while others need to wait about 5 and some users do not get the appstack at all. It's the same appstack and the users are all logging into the same non persistent pool. This appatack only confirms Office 2013. We are also using UEM in this environment. Any suggestions would be appreciated !
If you hve a user that doesn't have the appstack at all or needs to wait 5 minutes, try to find the svservice.log on the VDI (C:\Program Files (x86)\CloudVolumes\Agent\Logs) and check to see what happens there. The problem description is a bit to vague to have a simple solution I'm afraid.
