App Volume + VS2017

Hi,

We have a trouble with appstack VS2017 (AV2.12.1)

VS2017 starting and working. But if we try to setup connection to our TFS server we recieve a error "The operation has timed out". Does anyone know something about how resolve it?

Local installed VS on the same machine working with TFS perfect.

Hi,

We have the same problem, installed VS2017 on writable volume(AV 2.14). Have you got it to work on App stack/writable volume.

We did have issues with older version of VS due to licensing but we have packaged the 2017 rather easily on W10 within an appstack.

Only thing is that if you are to install all features it will be larger than the 20GB default size for an appstack but just enlarge the disk with VCenter and extend in Windows and your good to go..
