We are getting LDAP binding issue in our 3 App volume server suddenly.
1. The SA account we are using is working fine, checked.
2. LDAP tested using the same SA account using LDP application in APp volume server - success.
3. But still we are getting LDAP binding issue and not able to login to console and apppstacks no attaching.
Please provide a solution, what may be the cause of the weird issue.

Are users or groups moved from one OU to another OU recently?
Try This:
Do you have access to the App Volumes database? First take a full backup of the App Volumes manager database. Then, query dbo.ldap_domains. I'd expect to see ldaps as a 1 and ssl_verify as a 1. You could then stop the App Volumes manager service (for all managers using this DB) and flipping ssl_verify to a 0 and then start the service back up.
@gbog Not the same problem I have, but I tested your method of switching on/off the SSL in the database and it works for providing access.
