App-V 5 fails to sync when App Stack is attached.

Installed App Volumes Agent a couple of days ago, App-V was working. As soon as I attach a App Stack, App-V applications folder structure will show up in %localappdata%\Microsoft\Appv\VFS, but none of the actual files of the application will. Anyone experienced this?

App-V: 5.2

App Volumes: 4.0.1

Here's the App-V Error:

Appears App Volumes is changing the ownership of C:\ProgramData\AppV from SYSTEM to Machine$\Administrators

Changed the ownership, resynced AppV, and my apps are working now. Anyone have any idea why it is doing this?
