Agent not connecting to AppVolumes3

I have gone through the server/client setup procedure and created a test AppStack and Assignment.

Everything seems to have been done right but...

On the Client VM at startup I get a popup error: Connection Error (Manager https):

Unable to contact App Volumes Manager.

In the svservice log, I get:

How do I get the server name in the agent or why is it not showing up?

From your workstation that have the agent installed ...

1) telnet port 80, 443 and 3443 to make sure there is not issue with any firewall.

2) Have you disable SSL_VALIDATION and DISABLE_FIREWALL on the AppVolumes Appliance ?

1. I can telnet to the three ports listed and even with the Win10 firewall off the agent is unable to connect.

2. Both SSL and Firewall are disabled on the AppVolumes appliance and the agent is unable to connect.

The agent is not getting the server name to connect to. I can access the AppVolumes web portal and the AVManager web portal with no issue (even have corp-signed certs installed and working)
