Press any key to boot from CD or DVD .... ?

Hello I am trying to follow along with the Tech Preview Companion. I used CrystalFetch to download the .iso. I followed the Testing Guide to install the .iso.

But when it ran the installer, it waited a while with the message "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD?" I wasn't sure whether to press a key or not, so I waited. Then it went to this screen. Not sure what I did wrong?

OK maybe I am an idiot. I typed 'exit' and it went back to the "Press Any Key" screen, and this time I did press a key. And it proceeded to work. Sorry - it just wasn't clear to me that I was loading from a "CD or DVD" ...
