Bring-up Failed Rename the Applied vCenter Server License in vCenter Server

Hello Experts

I am carrying out a VCF 5.0 bring-up and at the moment of carrying out the deployment, it gives me the error

Rename the Applied vCenter Server License in vCenter Server

Could not rename license <License Key> to vCenter Server

I connect to vCenter and the license appears with the name vCenter License, but the error persists when performing the retry in Builder

Has anyone had this error, how has it been resolved?

On my side there was an issue with the NTP server.. After fixing the issue (the drift was >30 sec) I redeployed the SDDC Manager and it passed the renaming license issue (in the logs I saw a saml error which might had to do with the builder authentication on vcenter). Hope it helps..
