VCF4.5 NSX-T Manager Cluster VIP - Not reachable,but NSXT Manager cluster stable on VI Workload doma

I was trying to created Vi Workload domain(1st) - VCF 4.5 with Vxrail 7.0.

Vi Workload domain on deployed the NSX-T manager cluster in VCF Mgmt domain.All VI workload domain NSX-T manager nodes and cluster is stable.However NSXT manager VIP not reachable. And SDDC Manager failed further task due to this.

Is there any workaround/help on this.

NSXT_MANAGER_CLUSTER_STATUS_NOT_STABLE NSX-T manager cluster is not stable. Cluster status is false on st-wl-nsx.vcf.omni.vxrail.
