Skyline Free?

So, I just finished a support ticket with a VMWare engineer, and before the call was over he pitched this product called "Skyline" and how it used to only be for large enterprise customers, but now VMWare is offering it for free. I checked it out and I'm intrigued, so I started so sign up for it when I quickly noticed they make you open a cloud account and on the first page it states "Address for billing". So is this really free? Will my company start getting bills for any resource usage in the cloud even though the Skyline appliance runs on-prem?

This control is provided to the customer within the Identity and Access Management feature of VMware Cloud Services

In short, VMware CSP will only show the cost for the services that are paid since skyline is free of cost, you will not be charged.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Was it helpful? Let us know by completing this short survey here.
