Unable to download my cert

Hello,

I have a VCP 3/4 and 5. They all expired because I moved to a primarily AWS position for a few years. I am at a new job that focuses on VMware again but, I cannot download my certs from the transcripts section of the site. I understand they are expired but, if I can't download them can I really even prove I received the cert? It's a hard requirement for my job and so far they haven't accepted the test dates. They are currently on 5 and from what I understand it would expire next month anyway even if I was to retake it.

Let me understand better. Are you trying the same thing which is mention in the below link, If yes then what error or screen you are getting. Can you share the screenshot of the message

No they are expired so my screen looks like this..

But I thought I could download it from here.

If I click on any of the PDF's I get the following.

Again the contract I work for now really doesn't care that it is expired because they are still on 5.5 but, they still want to see the actual cert. I have the physical ones for 3 and 4 but I don't think I was ever mailed the one for 5 (or I just can't find it) or I would just make a photocopy of it.

PDF versions were moved to Certification Manager.

You can create a transcript in Certification Manager, and share the link to it - I don't know if that would show expired certifications though.
