Hi All,
Does the program still valid for VCP-NV exam that can take without attending anything Paid training for the valid Cisco CCNA or CCNP Certificate holders?

Yes, some Cisco certifications can be used in place of course requirements. Check the path appropriate for your circumstances under the certification overview page.

The program is still valid and you don't also need to attend any paid training as mandatory if you are a valid Cisco Certificate holder. But you should have some experience and you should also join some course that recommended by the VMware.
