NSX Load Balancer issue

I'm having an issue where my load balancer cannot seem to keep 2 pools UP at the same time.

Our Web pool is UP but the IDS is DOWN and if i make any changes to one it will reverse it and the web will go DOWN and the IDS will come UP or they both go DOWN.

Below are settings to my configuration.

I suggest you look at the CLI "show service loadbalancer virtual".

This will give you information on why the pool member is detected down.

This should give you clue on what's wrong.
