Can someone help me figure out how to persist Quick Access settings?

Hello, I'm in the process of setting up Instant Clone pools using DEM and FSLogix, and am running into a myriad of issues that I'm still working through.

One of the smaller issues that I'm struggling with is saving Quick Access settings when users log off and back on. Actually, most settings are saved. For example, pinned locations in Quick Access persist, and also setting the drop-down menu for "Open File Explorer to:" from Quick Access to This PC persists. Specifically, the Privacy section (highlighted in red in the screenshot below) does not save when users log off and back on.

So for this scenario, if I were to uncheck both options here: "Show recently used files in Quick Access" and "Show frequently used folder in Quick Access", then log out and log back in, these settings are re-checked. Does anyone know why that might be?

Maybe you are looking for something like this in a DEM setting:

[IncludeFolderTrees]

<AppData>\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
