Hi team,

Anyone got performance issues on Windows 23H2 with updated VMWare Workstation 17.5?

My system is freezing for sevral seconds for simple tasks like deleting a tab on Excel or waiting for an administrator approval prompt when updating a software.

It's also a madness to accept a Zoom call.

I increased CPU cores, increased priority to high, removed debug logs and memory trimming but the performance issues persists.

Thanks a lot

I'd first uninstall Workstation 17.5 and see if the behavior continues. If it doesn't then reinstall Workstation but opt not to install the enhanced keyboard driver. There have been reports of that driver causing problems.
