License Transfer If Buying New Computer with Different OS

Hi,

I cant contact any support regarding this question. Does anyone know if i am eligible for a reduced price if i go from VMWare Fusion Pro to the Workstation Pro or do i have to buy another full license? I would want to transfer if possible.

What version of Fusion do you own and what version of Workstation do you want to use?

Licenses can be freely moved as follows

Fusion 12 (player or Pro) licenses can be used on Fusion 12 or Workstation 16
Workstation 16 (player or Pro) licenses can be used on Fusion 12 or Workstation 16
Fusion 13 (player or Pro) licenses can be used on Fusion 13 or Workstation 17
Workstation 17 (player or Pro) licenses can be used on Fusion 13 or Workstation 17

Earlier version licenses are not interchangeable between Fusion and Workstation.
