VMware Tools Setup Wizard ended prematurely

I am newly with this software. First I installed the software but then I deleted it to upgrade to lastest version. But I cannot install it again but it show the error "VMware Tools Setup Wizard ended prematurely". I already find some solution and try to figure out but the result unchange. I also try with run as administrator and nomal but the result not change the below is my log file when I install. If you need more information to clear the problem I always willing to provide.
The error show in my log:
"CustomAction VM_InstallUSBArb.AB568CC9_1F06_4225_B985_9531B0D3BB56 returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
Action ended 16:53:25: InstallFinalize. Return value 3."

Hi Anh,

I had a same issue and i solved.

This error code came from below reason:

VMware USB Arbitration Service is already installed on your PC.

Solution:

Delete VMware USB Arbitration Service in your PC and reboot

Tks for your answer, I already find all the VMware USB Arbitration Service to delete and uninstall but it still in my computer in services app . Can you help me describe the process to delete it? Tks
