Linux VMs not able to get IP from vmnet on VLAN

I have some Linux VMs that are running in Workstation 17.

They are all having issues connecting to the VLAN vmnet that I have setup.

I have it setup as a bridge network to the VLAN interface (VLAN_50@enp4s0) on the host to vmnet2.

The one Windows VM I have is not having a problem at all with this. It is just the Linux VMs. I cannot even get a Network Install to get an IP, but the windows VM has no issues with connecting to that vmnet2 VLAN and communicating with other devices on that vmnet2 VLAN.

Has anyone had this issue before?

All VMs can get an IP when they are on VLAN1 (host nic without VLAN)

My desktop can communicate on the VLAN50 as can the windows VM on that VLAN.

Don't understand problem. Your Linux screenshot shows IP 192.168.50.42. Your Windows screenshot shows successfully pinging that IP address.

192.168.50.42 is the IP of the VM Host

192.168.50.3 is the IP of my Core services RaspberryPi.

192.168.50.1 is the router.

The Linux VMs do not get IP addresses on DHCP, and when set static, they cannot communicate with the network or even other VMs.

Here is a screenshot of the Linux VM with a netinstall trying to get a DHCP on the VLAN50 and not ever getting one (it stays in Connecting...) While on VLAN1 (192.168.1.x) it gets an IP from DHCP.

The Windows VM is set static, but also CAN get a DHCP IP on the same VLAN and VMnet as the Linux VMs that are failing.
