That info was given to me by a former employee that appears to have registered the software under his old work email address. I had no problem installing with the provided license key but now I want to upgrade to the latest product for the associated feature benefits and the improved Win11 compatibility. I begin the upgrade process and cannot proceed because it was registered to the FORMER employee's email address.
