    <description>&lt;P&gt;Config: ASRock 4x4 4800U 64G memory physical NVME drives.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Host Windows 10.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Guest any version of Windows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;VMWare Workstation 16 or 17.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Playing video on Windows media play or VLC the sound would have static stutter or video/audio would be out of sync.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I found.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Guest configured with multiple CPUs and multiple NVME drives.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Changing from NVME to SCSI seemed to fix the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It seems NVME was the main culprit.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I also believe using multiple virtual CPUs is part of the issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; There seems to be some latency with video/audio when using NVME and multiple CPUs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
