Windows VMs running super slow on Workstation Pro 16

Hi,

I just got a new Dell XPS-8950 with i7-12700 proc, 64gb memory, SSD drives etc, running on Win11. Some of my newly installed VMs are running super slow, regardless how much memory or processors I add. One of my servers I copied from my old XPS seems to be running without issue. I'm baffled by one server running fine and two others running super slow.

Suggestion is to change the power mode from "balanced" to "performance" so Windows does a better job of assigning virtual CPU threads to performance cores instead of efficiency cores.
