No option to restrict VM

Hi,

I'm trying to restrict configuration of VMs on VM workstation (16.2.3 build-19376536), and after encrypting the VM, in the access control menu there is no restrictions window at all. Any ideas?

The feature for restricted VM/VM with expiry date was removed in version 16.x

I have a similar question: I'd seen the notice that Restricted VMs hit end of life and were removed; does that mean there are no options to place restrictions on a VM so users can't make changes?

That seems like a major functionality loss for developers.
