You will have to install a driver for your USB-serial converter.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Show a screenshot of your Device Manager so we can see which driver is missing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the following scenario:&lt;BR /&gt;I want to use a USB-Serial converter, however when I enter the device manager of the virtual machine it cannot recognize it&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Host: Windows 10&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; vm: Windows 10&lt;BR /&gt;I understand that to use USB 3.0 install a driver, however when I go to the &lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/22824/USB-3-0-Driver-Intel-USB-3-0-eXtensible-%20Host-Controller-Driver-for-Intel-8-9-100-Series-and-C220-C610-Chipset-Family" target="_self"&gt;link&lt;/A&gt;, in the description it indicates that it does not support win 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I solve this problem or is there a usb 3.0 driver for win10?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
