But the idea is great, I just find some other soft.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have searched but found nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ctrl+Alt+Tab doesn't minimaze the VM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I don't like to use Unity mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a very necessary to easy switch between Host and Guest in fullscreen mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are some choices:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The System Menu on the VMware Workstation UI: Alt+Space+[n|x]&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The VMware Workstation UI, View Menu: Ctrl+Alt+Enter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use some combination of the Hot Keys mentioned above or...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use &lt;A href="http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/cc817881.aspx"&gt;Windows Sysinternals Desktops v2.0&lt;/A&gt; and use multiple Desktops placing your VM in one and switch between Desktops using Hot Keys. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
