Workspace ONE: iOS Custom purchase app not showing licenses

Hi all.

We have a custom app, we have had 100 license sent via ABM and I have downloaded the .xml file from Apple, it shows 100 licenses and some meta data (Adamid etc).

When uploading into Airwatch (via Resources > Orders > List View > Upload), the xml file is accept and Airwatch shows the correct Application name. However, under the list view, purchased, redeemed and remaining it shows all 0's.

There are two other entries in the list, they are both for this same application. The developers have advised us that due to an update in their app, we are required to use new licenses. I am unsure if this is what's causing the issue.

When viewing the application from Resources, I don't have an assign button, and selecting 'manage devices', gives an "unexpected error".

Has anyone seen this before or able to offer advise for troubleshooting?
