Deploy an unlisted ios app via workspace one uem

Hello Folks,

I am trying to deploy an unlisted ios app from the workspace one uem and it's not getting deployed on the enrolled devices. I am not using any VPP licenses and deploying this unlisted app just as a public app, Even though the unlisted app is shown in the search result but it never gets deployed, On checking the logs I see an error that says "Error Code : 9610 License not found." Is there any info to further know the root cause of the issue?

also we face the same issue on some IOS devices ?

Hello Zee,

most probably, the app is not available for the user region, check the Country/Region the affected users configured for their App Store.

Also, to confirm you, when you add the application try to change the country from top-right corner, and verify if you can see it.
