Install Assist one-prem

Hello, after installing assist 23.02, the entrance to the portal does not work. The certificates themselves were installed as per the instructions, with regards to network access, all the necessary ports are also open.
What can be wrong ?

Have you got the license applied? Are you accessing from the UEM console?

Hello, depending on which console, if UEM then I get access via extreme ports, and what else for obtaining a license, you mean UEM? Or does Assist have its own?

Assist is a separately licensed product. Being On-premises you will need to check you are licensed follow these instructions - https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2961361?lang=en_US

Hello,

I have also deployed Workspace ONE Assist to On Premise.

Generally, you do not need access to the web interface. Once Workspace ONE Assist is deployed and configured correctly, as long as you have the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub (iOS/Windows/Mac) + Workspace ONE Assist App (Windows/Mac), you will see the "Remote Assist" button when you navigate to the device in the Workspace ONE UEM Console.

If you need to access the Admin Web Portal, you can by following this guide: Troubleshooting Workspace ONE Assist (vmware.com)

But generally, unless you need to do something specific e.g. asked by support, I would keep it as disabled.
