    <description>&lt;P&gt;Note: iOS devices do not require a separate Assist application. They only need the HUB app&lt;BR /&gt;Note: Be sure you're in the correct OG&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To configure Remote Assist:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Navigate to Groups &amp;amp; Settings &amp;gt; All Settings &amp;gt; Devices &amp;amp; Users &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Privacy.&lt;BR /&gt;2. On the Privacy screen, turn on the Remote Control for both Corporate options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unable to use keyboard iOS device when Remoted into device (iPad)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The keyboard populates on End Users side but not in Airwatch on my end&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a setting to add the ability to use the keyboard?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
