Password request - double authentication prompt

I have been going crazy trying to figure this out, I hope someone can help - Users are occasionally being asked to reauthenticate after selecting their vdi guest in workspace one access. Topology goes wsoa -> uag -> connection brokers. All are load balanced using external haproxy deployments. Please tell me someone has seen this before and knows how to make it stop. I am going crazy!

Hi,

First thing that comes to my mind is whether [Password Caching] is enabled or not.

Enabling this settings may resolve the issue.

Thanks for your reply! That certainly sounds like something worth trying, unfortunately it seems to be a cloud only setting and I am using on-prem

Ah, I see...

As you may know, another option is TrueSSO.

Although additional components are required, this feature eliminates the need for re-authentication when launch Horizon resource from WS1 Access.

Do you think TrueSSO would help? I thought that it allowed for authentication using other credentials like Radius instead of AD creds, not that it would suppress the need to enter credentials.
