Cannot pair bluetooth devices with Android Samsung

Hi all,

All or users need to pair their bluetooth devices with their Samsung A50 but it's seems to be impossible,

However bluetooth devices are detected by the smartphone but reject pairing,

Theses phones are enrolled via KME and we push a restriction profile with WorkSpace ONE where we gave them all the permissions for bluetooth,

When we withdraw this profile on the smartphones then it works,

Do you still had the same issue ? Someone has an idea ?

Hi,

You should install KSP with your Android Enterprise Play Store in WSO,

You'll have many settings where you can find what you want,
