cannot get past non commercial use selection when finishing setup (customize the installation)

My OS: antiX 19.1 (Debian based LINUX) kernel: antix1 4.9.200-antix.1-amd64-smp

My H/W: i core 3, 8 Gb RAM, successfully installed vmware workstation player 15 in Win 10 using this hardware, so i know my H/W qualifies.

VMware Software: VMware-Player-15.5.1-15018445.x86_64.bundle

PROBLEM: it installs successfully, how ever when selecting via menu the setup wizard GUI does not get past the window that includes phrase "Use VMware Player 15 for non-commercial use", clicking on Finish provides no response.

Can anyone help?

you can only finish when you start with sudo
sudo vmplayer
