I want to install CentOS 7 on VMware Player, but the disk is not recognized.
any help will be appreciate, thanks.

Most probable reason: you assigned an inappropriate GuestOs or you use a very minimal CentOS install ISO.

If you post your vmx-file we can suggest solutions ....
