Hello everybody,
I have a strange behavior in managing OST cache files.
I have configured an environment from a customer and my LAB environment to manage the OST in an environment with Instant Clone.
Everything works perfectly if I use Outlook connected to an Exchange Online mailbox. If, on the other hand, I use an account configured in IMAP, the OST is not redirected to the Writable Volumes. The same thing happens to me from the client as in my LAB environment.
I tried to keep both accounts configured in Outlook and the Exchange Online OST file is moved to Writable Volumes while that of the account in IMAP is not.
Anyone have any suggestions?
