    <description>&lt;P&gt;Any idea why our audio input / mic would stop working after upgrading from 7.10 to 7.13? We have the updated gold image running in a test pool (ICs) that's identical to our production pools, and when I log into the test pool I lose mic detection or functionality (though camera still works). We use RTAV with USB redirection disabled for audio/video via the GPO. However, if I login to our production pools that leverage the 7.10 agent the audio input works fine. The only difference between the gold images is the upgraded agent, and, yes, we uninstalled, upgraded and installed those related components in the correct order. Take a look at the attached screenshots for reference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
