Hello,

This is not a question but a sharing of my experience on a problem encountered on the remote USB under Windows. After reading some post on the subject:

1. Make sure the "VMware Horizon View Agent" service is running.

2.Check that the "police" is activated for the pool or globally and inherited

3.Check UemFlags and WaitForSessionIdTimeout

HKLM\Software\Vmware, Inc.\VMware VDM\USB

UemFlags reg_dword 0x00000101 (257)

WaitForSessionIdTimeout reg_dword 0x000000c8 (200)

4.Make sure that virtual channel transmission is enabled

If you see in logs on vm client <enable-usb-virtual-channel>false</enable-usb-virtual-channel>

HKLM\Software\Vmware, Inc.\VMware VDM\Agent\Configuration

UsbVirtualChannelEnabled reg_sz true
