      <title>Teams Presence in Outlook</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am stuck into a situation. Teams presence not visible in Outlook. Issue started after we removed Skype for Business. This thing works fine in persistent VDI but non-persistent is real pain at this point of time. Below is details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Horizon View 7.13&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-UEM 9.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Automated Floating Assignments Instant Clones&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Skype 2016&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Teams Machine Wide Installer. Tried with ALLUSERS and ALLUSER both MSI Installs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Office 2016 Standard&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried almost every article available on MS portals. Looking forward for some effective solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you need urgent support, you have to contact VMware through the available support channels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Concerning your problem, please check&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://techzone.vmware.com/resource/microsoft-teams-optimization-vmware-horizon#horizon-agent-installation-and-configuration" target="_blank"&gt;Microsoft Teams Optimization with VMware Horizon | VMware&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;on TechZone to be sure you took the correct steps. Also be aware that the Teams Outlook Add-in won't show up in Outlook after Teams has been started once before you run Outlook.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest you remove the Teams Setup on the master image and reinstall it to see if this solves your problem. You need to use BOTH switches (ALLUSERS &lt;STRONG&gt;and&lt;/STRONG&gt; ALLUSER) on the MSI install to make it work correctly on VDI!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-CODE lang="markup"&gt;msiexec /i "path_to_msi" ALLUSER=1 ALLUSERS=1&lt;/LI-CODE&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
