Just started having this problem. Getting reports from 2-3 users.

They are working and no issue and then randomly once a day they lose mouse and keyboard function. Issue just started to happen. I checked logs and could only find this.

Failed to queue a pointer shape (msg queue full)!

Has anyone else experienced this?

I also have this issue randomly with only a handful of users. Did you ever find a solution?

I had a number of reports lately from users where the mouse had suddenly crashed. They appeared to have set the "Enable Relative Mouse" option to enabled in the Horizon client settings. You can only do this if you have 3D rendering enabled on the pool as well.

We have also seen this issue on the MAC :

https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/81937
