Hello fellas, I'm using VMware horizon agent version 8, I'm trying to set up VMware horizon Integrated printing and I'm receiving the following error in logs:

PrinterManager::AddVirtualPrinter - the attempt to add postscript printer "VMPrinter1 (vdi)"failed.

I use Stratodesk as a client and BROTHER HL-L2310D as a printer.

I tried to add a PPD package to the client side but error still the same

I also attached a log file

Can anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?

"PSPrinter::CreatePPDFile - invalid ppd data received"

The reason is this printer in client side using an invalid ppd driver that VMware Integrating Printer can use.

Check the printer driver ppd file from client side: /usr/share/ppd/cupsfilters/xxxxx.ppd

I forgot to mention the PPD file as you said on the client side, thanks for your help.
