ESXi and vCenter License bought with Horizon Universal License

Hello everyone,

We purchased the Horizon Universal License and with the Horizon license key we received the license Keys for:

vsphere for Deskop and vCenter Server Standard

but they are for the ESXi and vCenter 6.x

I cannot find the contract and the license key on myvmware portal, where can i find the license key for made the upgrade?

When purchasing VMware licenses, you'd usually provide an email address to which the licenses will be registered in the VMware portal.
Since you have the Horizon, and vSphere v6 licenses, please verify that you are logged in to the MyVMware account using the correct credentials.

I logged in with the correct user, I also opened a support ticket and this is their response

Order xxxxxx is for Horizon Universal Subscription and these license keys will not be listed in the portal.

Fabio,

At My VMware you should be able to find the old licenses and if the subscription is attached you should also be able to upgrade the license keys.
