How can I determine and update my Apache jserv protocol version?

We're getting hits from scans on our 2 connection servers. I upgraded the connection servers (+ composer and security servers) to 7.12, but we're still getting messages that our connection servers have an Apache jserv vulnerability.

Can Apache jserv be disabled without breaking access to the VDI environment?

How can I determine the current Apache version and upgrade or disable?
