      <title>Black screen and loss of connection with virtual machine from Horizon client.</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an issue with just one VM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My colleagues already done this : &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Reboot of the VM: NOK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Refresh of the VM: NOK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Rebuilding VM: NOK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Recreation of the VM: NOK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I asked them to give the VM's logs, and I saw an error with VMTools. So I installed and updated it, thanks to that now I can at least connect to the VM from Horizon Client (I could'nt access to it before).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But the screen is black and I can't do any actions, then after few seconds the horizon client closes. When I connect from vSphere to this VM I can see my session opened on the VM.
