    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just gone live with View 7 in my environment and I'm facing the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Helpdesk tool automatically logs in if you click the button from the "View Administrator" Console but won't log I if you go directly to the help desk tool via the URL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yout just get a constant spinning wheel. I've logged it with VMware Support (today 20.08.2017) and im waiting for a response. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dis you ever get it working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Help Desk Tool Not able to log in</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to log into the Horizon Help Desk tool, after I put in my username and password the circle just spins. If I refresh the page I am able to see the interface but get an error on the top stating "Failed to fetch domain list"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone seen this error? What can I do to resolve it? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;character sensitive&lt;/SPAN&gt;, did you put your username as it is in AD?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in example to login with administrator &amp;gt; in AD this user is 'Administrator'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;had the same issue, and with character sensitive in mind it worked like expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
